If I Die Before I Wake Up

If I die before I wake up,
Close my eyes and let me dream.
It won’t be as bad as it may seem.
For all the things I did or did not do.
Tell my father I loved him too.
Tell my father he’s a great person,
Tell him sorry that I wasn’t one too.
Tell my siblings I loved them too,
I am lucky to have siblings like you.
Tell my friends I loved them so much.
Tell them I was ever thankful,
For they were always a caring bunch.
